I recently received this and gave it a trial run before Halloween. I sprayed the inside with PAM before putting in my jello and had no problem whatsoever with it sliding out; all of the architecture of the brain was there perfectly. Quite realistic and I will be sure to make it extra-gory for a Halloween party; of course it will definitely taste better than it looks! I also plan on putting in a couple of eyeballs where they would actually be.
